Instagram is where you'll find me most days sharing finished pieces, Works in Progress and what's on my arty table. I also have a free mindful watercolour group which you can find here.
My Monthly classes are available on Patreon, In these classes you get 4 videos (plus bonuses) which generally link with a theme. There are different tiers to subscribe to (Patreon is a monthly subscription which you control).
Guild members (£12 plus VAT/sales tax for where you are in the world) get four full lessons with a PDF full of ideas, supplies, ponderings and thoughts around mindfulness and techniques PLUS the four mindful moment lessons. Apprentices (£6 plus VAT/sales tax appropriate to where you are in the world) get the first of the Guild lessons plus all four mindful moments and the monthly PDF.
Apprentice is a great toe dip to see whether you want to have the four full lessons or stick with mindful moments. Mindful Maestros get the four mindful moments lessons. These are designed to use minimal supplies, to fit into a busy life and enable you to create and focus on the process. They make amazing warm ups and collage papers as well as starting points and inspiration.
There are regular posts, a PDF, we are starting to have regular art dates on Zoom and I am available during the month to offer help, support, suggestions and encouragement both within Patreon and in a dedicated Facebook group.
Over on You Tube I have a range of free vides including full journalling pages, ten minute mindful watercolours and many of the lives I did through UK Lockdown one in 2020 and a growing range of speed videos with a new one released on Thursdays.
I am super excited to be teaching in a Year in Colour in 22/23. My first lesson is a gorgeous rainbow mushroom mandala and my second is...still under wraps but it is using inspiration from a little joy around me, a simple colour palette and a style of painting I am falling in love with. Year in Colour is available now and you get a weekly art lesson, email and bonuses through the year. There is a great, non Facebook community on HeartBeat which is great-no adds, no random suggestions, just a place to connect with artists and creatives.
This year I am beyond happy to be teaching in Book of Days again which is curated by the down to earth, talented and lovely Effy Wild. It is a fantastic year long class which focuses on a deep dive into art journalling. I taught on there last year and Effy has lots of amazing classes which you can check out here. If you like art witchery and are into 'woo-woo and magics then you should check out Moonshine. In my lesson I show you no only a range of fantastic techniques to make a pocket page but also five mini lessons where you see how I use mindful watercolours to make cards and how they form part of my regular practice.
I am also excited to be teaching as part of Tiare Smith's fabulous One BadAss Art Journaling class again this year. I taught last year One BadAss Art Journalling Class this year. This class runs from February to May with weekly lessons. The theme was art that makes you feel bad-ass and I went with all the watercolour techniques that I could use to create a page that has the same sort of depth and layering that you'd normally see with an acrylic page. It makes me feel badass to adapt things to my favourite medium!
I am super excited to be teaching on LifeBook 2022. I have two awesome lessons that link to creativity, healing, wellbeing and all using my mindfulness based approach.
I love teaching and you can find an array of stand alone lessons in my Etsy shop. These include art journalling pages, older mindful watercolour classes (which are now standalone), mindful bites (short lessons where I work smaller on just one theme), botanically based lessons and lots more. It's really worth a browse and I think the reviews on there are a great way to hear what my students think about my teaching too.
